Idlers are the main components of the belt conveyor. We use high fineness and frequency tabulation to manufacture idlers. Impact bearing retainer is made from steel plate. This can make idler to run at a high speed, to have elasticity, to protect idler bend. Big slack bearing make the idlers reducing rub resistance and running well at a high speed. Belayed oil-seal structure can make idler working well at the condition of dust, rain, high-lower temperature. Lithium grease gives idler longer term effect. |
