Type:- Grease and metal filter The RFF grease filter is designed for separating grease when cooking in restaurants and kitchens. The filter media is made of knitted thin electro-galvanized metal threads that provide a large filter surface and low pressure drop. The large filter surface helps cool the hot greasy steam causing it to condensate on the filter media, which results in clean outlet ducts and reduces the risk of fire in the system. Airresistance is affected by the speed of the air across the filter and maximum efficiency, 90-98%, is achieved at 1.5–2.5 m/s. The RFF grease filter fits most hoods in catering kitchens and is dishwasher-safe. The RMF metal filter is used as a coarse filter/pre-filter in ventilation systems for trapping larger particles. Our metal filters are available in most materials, such as aluminum, galvanized steel as well as stainless and acid-proof steel. The metal filters can be made in most sizes.
